Your wellbeing
Niravah helps you reflect, notice how you feel, and stay close to what matters. It does not diagnose, treat, or give medical or psychological advice. Please use it as a gentle companion, not as care. The note above lists where to find help if you need it.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Niravah, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms, as described in section 12.
2. Who can use Niravah
You must be at least 16 to create an account or use the social feature. In France, where the age of digital consent is 15, younger users need the joint consent of the holder of parental authority, in line with French law. You may explore the app's on-device features without an account.
3. The service
Niravah is a personal space to reflect, journal, note your moods, keep track of what matters, and, if you choose, send a thought to people you are connected with. The app works on your device. An optional account adds encrypted cloud backup and sync.
4. Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for the content you create. Your content is yours. By using the social feature, you allow us to deliver the content you choose to send to the people you send it to. You agree not to use Niravah to break the law or to harm others.
5. The social feature
When you send a thought to someone, you agree not to share content that is:
- illegal, or that promotes illegal acts;
- harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive;
- sexual content involving minors, in any form;
- a violation of someone else's rights or privacy.
We may remove content and limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. We act on reports of illegal content as described below.
6. Reporting illegal or harmful content
If you come across illegal content shared through Niravah, you can report it from within the app or by writing to report@niravah.com. We will review reports and act where needed, and we will let you know the outcome. Our designated point of contact for authorities under the Digital Services Act is [PLACEHOLDER: DSA point of contact].
7. Use of AI
Niravah uses AI to support some features. [PLACEHOLDER: describe AI features]. Where you interact directly with an AI, or see content generated by AI, we tell you clearly, in line with the EU AI Act, whose transparency rules apply from 2 August 2026.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Niravah is free to use, with ads in the free version. An optional subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features. [PLACEHOLDER: subscription name and price]. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, and you can manage or cancel them there.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and includes content you have shared through the social feature, except anything we are legally required to keep. [PLACEHOLDER: web deletion URL].
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Niravah is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by [PLACEHOLDER: governing law and jurisdiction], without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and we will note the date of the latest version at the top. For significant changes we will give you reasonable notice ([PLACEHOLDER: number of days]). For any question, contact hello@niravah.com.
