Niravah

News Version 1.34.2

A page that looks like you

New backgrounds, decorations, and drawing let you shape your Today board your way, every background and decoration can be browsed for free before you decide, and Create a moment to share now gives you more control over what you keep.

This note describes an earlier version of Niravah. Some of what it mentions has changed since. See what's new

Open the + on your Today board and you’ll find three new doors waiting: change the background, add a decoration, and draw. Together, they make the page in front of you feel like something you actually shaped.

A page that looks like you

Cork and a plain surface stay free. Alongside them you can now reach for aged paper, canvas, felt, or kraft, four materials that change the whole feel of your page in one tap. Decorations get the same kind of room: fifty-five of them, sorted into searchable categories, pressed flowers, wax seals, feathers, moons, confetti, and more, so whatever a day calls for, there’s likely a shape for it. And when nothing in the library quite says it, draw it yourself, right there on the page: a pen or a highlighter, ten colours, three pen sizes, undo, and an eraser.

Try it before you decide

Every background and every decoration can be browsed for free, the Premium ones included. Open the drawer, look through what’s there, get a real feel for the whole collection, and only decide whether to subscribe once you actually know what you’d be choosing. Drawing on your page is part of Premium, as are the four new materials.

More control over the moment you share

Create a moment to share grows more flexible too. One photo or video is now enough to make a film, there’s no automatic trimming anymore, and you choose exactly where each clip starts and ends. Its length shows as you build it, and if you change your mind partway through, you can stop the film while it’s being made.

And a few smaller things

Your Today board now simply remembers how you left it: arrange it once, and it stays that way, nothing to switch on or think about. At mood check in, you can type your own words instead of only picking from a list, and the words you’ve reached for before rise back to the top next time. Empty intention, journal, and location slots show a faded preview of what’s coming, with a small twinkling star, and the whole page holds together better, with fewer images cut off, fewer elements overlapping, and captions that wrap the way they should.

When you export or share a picture of your board, mood, intention, journal, and location are now left out automatically, so what you share is only what you meant to show. And two small discoveries along the way: a “Get help” card inside About, and, for anyone setting up Niravah for the very first time, a new step where you place a photo on your first page.

As always, none of this asks anything of you. Take what fits, and leave the rest.
