How to dress your notebook cover in Niravah

Open "This notebook", choose "Change the cover" and make it yours: a colour, a name, and more with Premium. Everyone can try every option first.

To dress your notebook’s cover, open the “This notebook” sheet and tap “Change the cover”. You pick a colour, and you can name the notebook. Everyone can try every option before saving.

Open the notebook’s sheet

On the home screen, tap “Edit this notebook” under the cover, or press and hold the cover itself. In the notebook’s Contents page, the same button sits at the top right. A sheet opens with three rows: “Change the cover”, “Rename this notebook” and “Start a new notebook”.

Open “Your cover”

Tap “Change the cover”. The studio opens with your cover pinned at the top, so you see each change as you make it. The controls scroll below.

Choose a colour

Under “Colour”, pick one of six cloths. They are free for everyone. Tap one and the cover changes at once.

Give it a name

Back on the sheet, tap “Rename this notebook”. Under “Name this notebook”, write a name, or leave it empty: “A name, if you like.” Naming is free, and you can rename any notebook at any time, even a closed one.

Try more with Premium

“More shades” opens more cloths, and “Go further” holds the rest: “Cloth”, “Binding”, “Label”, “Decorations” and “Photos on the cover”. Under “Label” you find “Size, position and angle”. These carry a small ”✦ Premium” mark. You can apply any of them to the preview, and nothing blocks you from browsing.

Save

Tap “Save”. If your cover holds Premium choices, one calm question appears: “Keep this cover?” Choose “Save free” to keep the free parts, or “See Premium” to look at it. Leaving without saving asks “Leave without saving?”, and “Keep editing” brings you back.

Good to know

  • Free: six cover colours and the name.
  • Premium: the full catalogue of cloths, decorations, label settings and photos on the cover.
  • If Premium ever stops, a cover you saved with Premium choices stays exactly as you saved it, everywhere it appears. You can still rename it and pick among the six free colours.
  • A closed notebook on your shelf has the same rules, so you can put a trip photo on its cover after the trip.
  • Starting a new notebook is Premium too, and your first notebook is free.
